Objectives: Recreate the CRM database, integrate with Adobe suite, and enhance segmentation.

 

Solution:

  • Designed a Single Customer View database integrated with in-house systems
  • Ran and managed campaign selections, providing selections to mailing house and Adobe Campaign

 

Evolution:

2022/23:

  • Developed enhanced segmentation, self-serve reports, and a new CRM strategy
  • Insights and Consultancy: Addressed challenges, supported evolution of a Nursery segment, and proposed marketing spend adjustments.
  • Online Shoppers: Identified potential value of non-opted-in customers, contributing an additional £22 per customer.
