Go Inspire consolidates leadership team

amid a year of growth.

Go Inspire, a Xerox company, today announces the growth of its team, marked by five strategic senior hires: the recent appointments of Richard Bell as Chief Commercial Officer, Ben Pigott as Business Development Director, Chris Turner as Sales Director of CX and data services, Kalvin Burt as Director of Creative Services and earlier this year, Pauline Kay as Strategic Sales Lead.
These appointments further solidify Go Inspire’s focus on growth and innovation in delivering industry-leading solutions to its clients.

Richard Bell, who joins as Chief Commercial Officer, brings over three decades of experience in the print and communications industry. Richard’s career has spanned senior leadership roles in client services, procurement, and commercial strategy. Before joining Go Inspire, he held pivotal positions at Communisis and Paragon, working with many of the UK’s most trusted brands on complex transformation programmes.

Pauline Kay, who joined Go Inspire in February, brings 27 years of experience in transactional and multi-channel marketing communications. She specialises in highly regulated industries, offering expertise in hybrid mail, inbound solutions, and digital transformation.

Ben Pigott, also joined from Paragon, where he was Business Development Manager. Ben will be leading new business initiatives, ensuring that Go Inspire continues to build key partnerships across multiple sectors.

Chris Turner, who joined as Sales Director in September, previously held the role of Business Development Director at Sagacity. Chris brings with him experience of working with clients like Tesco, Boots, and BT. He is poised to take Go Inspire’s sales efforts to new heights.

Kalvin Burt, who joins as Creative Lead, brings over 25 years of experience across the creative landscape, including leading onsite and in-house creative teams for major financial services clients and delivering campaigns for household brands, charities, healthcare, and government initiatives. Kalvin will work across Go Inspire and Xerox to align the creative team’s expertise, ensuring clients benefit from best-in-class creative solutions that enhance the end-to-end services offered by Go Inspire. He previously worked at Paragon for over six years.
