Specialists coming together.

East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) decided that two agencies are better than one, selecting marketing performance partner Go Inspire to work with them on their campaign design and strategy and the team at Sterling to support with inbound fulfilment, data processing, reporting and provision of our digital platform through our Raffles service.

For a raffle of EAAA’s size, it certainly makes the most sense to use specialists in each of their own areas. Being at the forefront of charity raffle pack design and offering the widest range of formats in the market, Go Inspire were the obvious choice.

Bringing more specialists to the table certainly proved fruitful, with our three organisations working closely together to push the raffle to its full potential.

“EAAA run a longstanding raffle and in 2022 we undertook a tender process to identify who could help us refresh the game and help us develop it further, and we identified Go Inspire and Sterling as a two-agency partnership who could, together, breathe new life into the programme. The process of setting up with our new agencies was straight forward and from day one we were loaded with new ideas and guidance to improve our campaigns. Even before our first campaign, our partners have provided lots of learnings for us to carry forward and help optimise future campaigns over the coming years.”

Raffle Workshop Day.

Our teams met with EAAA and spent the day workshopping all aspects of their raffle, from pack design and data selection right through to ticketing strategy, their approach to thanking, and planning a programme of tests to inform strategy going forwards.

“The purpose of the Raffle Workshop is to really get under the skin of the program through understanding historical performance and the client’s objectives for the raffle. From here we explore areas to optimise the activity and drive growth through creative innovation and data strategy. It’s great to collaborate with EAAA and Sterling as we each bring a different perspective to the session but all working together to achieve the same goals.”

Collaborative improvement plan.

Working together is underpinned by a mutually collaborative approach. By clearly defining which agency takes the lead on each aspect, for example, with design and strategy sitting with Go Inspire and compliance Sterling’s responsibility, EAAA benefit from combined expertise which pushes their campaign forward on all fronts.
