The Marketing Week Masters Awards celebrate the best of marketing and advertising, recognising the leaders of marketing effectiveness, innovation and creativity in the UK.
Pets at Home operate in a very competitive market facing immense headwinds. To counteract this, the company has developed a differentiated proposition based on their expertise and passion for pets.
As part of this strategy, they launched the VIP Club in conjunction with Go Inspire Insight and Havas Helia. The aim of the VIP club was to understand Pets at Home customers and their pets better than anyone else by using data insight.
