Senior Marketing Analysts: Retail

Due to recent client successes, we are looking for 2 Senior Marketing Analysts to join our growing team. Based in London and Leicester, we are here to make a positive difference to our clients’ marketing performance.

Working hand in hand with our clients and internal teams, you will lead the modelling, analysis and interpretation of client data across a portfolio. You and your teams will be pivotal in helping our clients devise and deliver campaigns across physical, digital, mobile and social channels.

As an experienced analytical thinker with a can do attitude you will already be an expert in being able to find the hidden truths in data and converting them into stories and actionable insights that retail marketing operations need. You current role will be aligned to driving business and campaign performance aligned to CRM, Loyalty, Acquisition and Retention activities and you will have a proven track-record in delivering high-performing, high-results campaigns.

Desired skills and abilities:

  • 2 years minimum agency or retail experience managing customer focussed analytical projects
  • 2 years minimum line-management experience of mixed analytical, statistical, technical, story-telling and campaign skillsets within agency environments
  • Qualified in statistical techniques for marketing including GIS, segmentation, profiling, forecasting, predictive modelling, basket analysis, acquisition & retention
  • Demonstrable expertise in offline and online analytics within enterprise retail environments
  • Thorough demonstrable knowledge of technology used to drive marketing analytics
  • Thorough practical knowledge in the use of 1st party and 3rd party data to enhance analytical outcomes
  • Ability to lead from the front, proactively driving client engagements both formally and informally
  • Experience of talking directly to marketing stakeholders at all levels able to translate business objectives into structure analytical projects both short-term and long-term
